Compliance with the Credit and Collection Policy. The Borrower and the Servicer will comply with the Credit and Collection Policy with regard to the Receivables, except insofar as any failure to comply could not be reasonably expected to impair the collectibility of the Receivables, as a whole, or a substantial portion thereof, or otherwise have a Material Adverse Effect.
