Common use of Compliance with Standard Transactions Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Standard Transactions. Each party shall comply with and shall require any subcontractor or agent involved with the conduct of Standard Transactions (defined under HIPAA) to comply with each applicable requirement of 45 C.F.R. Part 162. Trading Partner agrees to demonstrate compliance with the Standard Transactions.
