Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her/it own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belongings thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10Para 12 above, the Allottee Purchaser/Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her/it her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said Building and/or Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and shall keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belongings thereto, belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her/it her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingBuilding / Block, or the Apartment, or the Common Areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment Apartment, and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belongings belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building / Block is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10Clause 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her/it her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingProject, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or atrium, compound, the compound Common Areas, which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions addition to the Apartment and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belongings belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building Project is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her/it their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the said building Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment said Apartment, and shall keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belongings thereto, belonging thereto in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 37.21 and 38.1037.22, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her/it own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belongings thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 18.1. Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the Apartment at his/her/it her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer allow to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Apartment, or the Common Areas, including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or any law in force or change or alter or make additions to the Apartment and shall keep the Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belongings belonging thereto, in good condition and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to clause 12, 38.9 and 38.10Para 12 above, the Allottee Allottee(s) shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to maintain the said Apartment at his/her/it their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the New Building, or the said Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium areas or the compound which may be in violation of any Applicable Laws laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the said Apartment and shall keep the said Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe pipes and appurtenances thereto or belongings belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1.
