COVENANTS OF THE ALLOTTEE Apartment use. The Allottee shall not use the Apartment or permit the same to be used for purpose other than the purpose mentioned in Recital A or for any purpose which may or is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to the occupiers of other Units or for any illegal or immoral purposes.
