Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment ]l or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment ] and keep the [Apartment ], its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 (i) Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment the[Apartment/Plot] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment Apartment/Plot]l , or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment Apartment/Plot] and keep the [Apartment Apartment/Plot], its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] ApartmentFlat at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment ]l ApartmentFlat, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, corridors circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or of change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment Apartment/Flat] and keep the [Apartment ]ApartmentFlat, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances appurtenance thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter shelter, etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject 15.1Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] said UNIT at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment ]l said UNIT, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment ] said UNIT and keep the [Apartment ]said UNIT, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Purchaser shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] (Apartment/ Plot) at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Buildingbuilding, or the [(Apartment ]l or Plot), or the staircasesstaircase, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areasarea, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment ] (Apartment/Plot) and keep the [Apartment ](Apartment/Plot), its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.;

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee Allott shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [(Apartment ] / Plot) at his/her his /her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [(Apartment ]l or Plot), or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment ] (Apartment/ Plot) and keep the [Apartment ](Apartment/Plot), its walls and partitions, sewersswears, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable tenable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para Para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment Apartment] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment Apartment]l , or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation ciolation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment Apartment] and keep the [Apartment Apartment], its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances Appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] said UNIT at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment ]l said UNIT, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Apartment ] said UNIT and keep the [Apartment ]said UNIT, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession\possession, be solely responsible to maintain the [Apartment ] at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the [Apartment ]l Unit/Apartment, or the staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the [Unit/Apartment ] and keep the [Apartment ]Unit/Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that t he the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
