Common use of COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT Clause in Contracts

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain andmaintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para 12 clause 13 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, 13.14.1 The Purchaser shall with effect from the Allottee shall, after taking possessionLiability Commencement Date, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto House Rules/Association Bye-laws and maintain the Designated Apartment Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingBuildings, or the Designated ApartmentUnit,Parking Facility, if any,or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) areas or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible re- sponsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain main- tain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 clause 13 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject 13.1 The Purchaser with effect from , is and shall continue to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules House Rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 16.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession13.1. The Purchaser shall with effect from , be solely responsible to comply with the house rules House Rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment Property at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated ApartmentProperty, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium community centre with all common installations (if anyincluding lift, staircases etc., thereat) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment Property and keep the Designated ApartmentProperty, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain main- tain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition condi- tion and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common com- mon passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, 13.17.1 The Purchaser shall with effect from the Allottee shall, after taking possessionLiability Commencement Date, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto House Rules/Association Bye-laws and maintain the Designated Apartment Unit at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the BuildingBuildings, or the Designated ApartmentUnit, Parking Facility, if any,or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) areas or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 15.1. Subject to para the clause 12 herein above, the Allottee Allottees shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, cost and shall keep the Apartment in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer and/or caused to be done anything in or to the Building, or building and/or the Designated Apartment, or Apartment and/or the staircases and/or lifts and/or common passages and/or corridors and/or circulation areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, and/or atrium (if any) and/or or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her her/their own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.

COMPLIANCE WITH RESPECT TO THE APARTMENT. 15.1 Subject to para 12 above, the Allottee shall, after taking possession, be solely responsible to comply with the house rules as per Schedules hereto and maintain the Designated Apartment at his/her own cost, in good repair and condition and shall not do or suffer to be done anything in or to the New Building, or the Designated Apartment, or the common areas including staircases, lifts, common passages, corridors, circulation areas, atrium (if any) or the compound which may be in violation of any laws or rules of any authority or change or alter or make additions to the Designated Apartment and keep the Designated Apartment, its walls and partitions, sewers, drains, pipe and appurtenances thereto or belonging thereto, in good and tenantable repair and maintain the same in a fit and proper condition and ensure that the support, shelter etc. of the Building is not in any way damaged or jeopardized.
