Compliance with Oregon Taxes, Fees and Assessments. Recipient is, to the best of the undersigned(s) knowledge, and for the useful life of the Project will remain, current on all applicable state and local taxes, fees and assessments. The warranties set forth in this Section 6 are in addition to, and not in lieu of, any other warranties set forth in this Agreement or implied by law.
