Occupancy of a residence shall not be permitted until: (i) the applicable requirements of the Ontario Building Code have been satisfied; (ii) all Stage I, II and III services have been completed and Preliminary Acceptance issued for same; (iii) The Sanitary sewage pumping station has been commissioned to the satisfaction of the Township and is fully operational. (iv) a water and hydro meter have been installed for the residence meeting Township and Hydro One respective specifications; and (v) driveway cuts have been made in the curbs at the approved locations, and granular base has been installed in the driveway ramps.
