COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS, RULES AND REQUIREMENTS. Grantee represents and warrants that it will comply, and assure the compliance of all its subrecipients and contractors, with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, regulations, and policies in effect or hereafter established. In addition, Grantee represents and warrants that it will comply with all requirements imposed by System Agency concerning special requirements of law, program requirements, and other administrative requirements. In instances where multiple requirements apply to Grantee, the more restrictive requirement applies.
