Compliance with Laws Generally. Each Credit Party shall, and shall cause each of its Restricted Subsidiaries to, comply in all respects with all Requirements of Law and all orders, writs, injunctions, decrees and judgments applicable to it or to its business or Property (including without limitation Environmental Laws, ERISA and the laws referred to in Sections 3.17 and 3.18), except if the failure to comply therewith would not, individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
