Seller shall maintain all appropriate records to satisfy NAFTA requirements. Seller shall indemnify Buyer against any general, consequential, incidental or special RAYCHEM CORPORATION TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE REVISED JANUARY, 1995 damages incurred by Buyer arising from Seller's failure to comply with NAFTA.

NAFTA. Supplier shall assist in perfecting any claim that shall ----- be made under NAFTA in connection with exportations to Canada and/or Mexico, including, but not limited to, Supplier providing necessary documentation in support of such NAFTA claims.
NAFTA. 17.8.1 Both parties shall perform all administrative actions required to qualify each Product sold under this Agreement for preferential treatment under the rules of any applicable trade treaty, including, without limitation, the North American Free Trade Agreement ("NAFTA"). If a Product qualifies under NAFTA, the parties shall prepare and distribute a NAFTA Certificate of Origin, and any other documents required. The parties shall respond to requests from the other party for information regarding any NAFTA Certificates of Origin and assist each other in resolving any eligibility issues.
