Common use of Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws. Consultant shall comply with and obey all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to the operation of its business and to its performance of the Work.

Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws. Consultant shall comply in performance of services hereunder with all applicable laws, ordinances and obey all regulations, judicial decrees or administrative orders, ordinances and codes of federal, state and local laws, regulations, governments. The Consultant shall also be responsible for applying and ordinances applicable to securing any preliminary regulating permits and any required zoning or other variances for the operation work of its business and to its performance of the Workthis Contract.

The Consultant shall comply with and obey all federal, state state, and local municipal laws, regulationsrules, and ordinances regulations that are now effective or become applicable within the terms of this Agreement to the operation Consultant's business, equipment, and personnel engaged in operations covered by this Agreement or accruing out of its business and to its the performance of the Worksuch operations.
