Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws a. The Grantee and all its agents shall comply with all federal, state and local regulations, including, but not limited to, nondiscrimination, wages, social security, workers’ compensation, licenses, and registration requirements. The Grantee shall include this provision in all subcontracts issued as a result of this Agreement.
Compliance with Federal, State and Local Laws. Service Provider shall comply with and obey all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to the operation of its business and to its performance of work hereunder.

A contract may not be entered into with an entity that is identified therein. Search results shall be incorporated for all purposes as part of any resulting agreement entered into by the parties.
