Contractor’s use of funds under this Agreement is subject to the directives of and full compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Costs Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards), and 45 C.F.R. Part 75 (Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for HHS Awards), It is the Contractor’s responsibility to understand and comply with all requirements set forth therein.
