Compliance with Facility Rules. Contractor (or its Subcontractor(s)) shall observe and comply 851 with all regulations in effect at the Approved Facilities and cooperate with the operators thereof 852 with respect to delivery of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D 853 including directions to unload Collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating 854 operations and maintenance activities, and complying with Hazardous Waste exclusion 855 programs.
