Compliance with Facility Rules. The University will advise Students and Faculty that they will be expected to comply with all rules and regulations of the Facility and with instructions received from Facility personnel.
Compliance with Facility Rules. The respective agents and employees of the parties, while on the premises of the other, shall comply with all facility rules, regulations and reasonable company standards for security.

All costs charged by the SBWMA for acceptance of Contractor’s materials 3050 shall be paid by Contractor. Contractor shall receive compensation for transfer and 3051 processing costs in accordance with Article 11.

Contractor (or its Subcontractor(s)) shall observe and comply 851 with all regulations in effect at the Approved Facilities and cooperate with the operators thereof 852 with respect to delivery of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, and C&D 853 including directions to unload Collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating 854 operations and maintenance activities, and complying with Hazardous Waste exclusion 855 programs.
