The Contractor shall comply with all Statutory Requirements relating to the protection and preservation of the environment, including the Environmental Quality Act 1974 and any subsequent amendments to or re-enactment of the said Act and thereto or any Statutory Orders in relation thereto. The Contractor shall give due consideration to the preservation and social implications of water and airquality, soil, flora and fauna (if any) within the Site during the executionof the Works.
