Common use of Compliance with Environmental Laws Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, (a) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all any lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; (b) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, (c) in each case to the extent required by applicable Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Environmental Laws.

Except, in each case, to the extent that Except where the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, (i) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause each of its Subsidiaries and all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply comply, with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; , (ii) obtain and renew renew, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to obtain and renew, all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; andproperties and (iii) conduct, in and cause each case of its Subsidiaries to the extent conduct, any required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action action, necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all properties required under any Environmental LawsLaw.

Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, (a) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all any lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its real properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; , (b) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, real properties and (c) in each case to the extent required by applicable Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its real properties, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, : (a) comply, and take all commercially reasonable actions efforts to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain (b) obtain, maintain and renew all applicable Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case and (c) to the extent required by under Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, mitigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removalremoval or remedial, remedial corrective or other action necessary to respond to and remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, (i) comply, and Credit Agreement take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; (ii) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits as necessary for its operations and properties; and, and (iii) in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, complycomply with, and take all commercially reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; generate, use, treat, store or dispose of Hazardous Materials in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws; and, in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, (a) comply, and take all commercially reasonable actions efforts to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain (b) obtain, maintain and renew all applicable Environmental Permits necessary required for its operations and properties; and, in each case and (c) to the extent required by under Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, mitigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removalremoval or remedial, remedial corrective or other action necessary required to respond to and remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that (x) the failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse EffectEffect or (y) the relevant action is otherwise stayed by the Chapter 11 Cases, (a) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all any lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; (b) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, (c) in each case to the extent required by applicable Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. 110 Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, the Loan Parties shall comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permitspermits; obtain and renew all Environmental Permits permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, (a) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply comply, in all material respects, with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; , (b) obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, and (c) in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could would not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, (a) comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; , (b) obtain and 106 renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case and (c) to the extent the Loan Parties are required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its propertiesaffected property, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could is not reasonably be expected likely to have, individually or result in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply comply, in all material respects, with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain and renew all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case to the extent required by Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. ExceptComply, in and cause each case, of its Subsidiaries to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a Material Adverse Effect, comply, and take all reasonable actions will use its best efforts to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its owned and leased properties to comply with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain and renew renew, and cause each of its Subsidiaries to obtain and renew, all Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; andand conduct, in and cause each case of its Subsidiaries to the extent required by Environmental Lawsconduct, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all Environmental Laws, except for such instances of non-compliance as would not, either individually or in the aggregate, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Compliance with Environmental Laws. Except, in each case, to the extent that the failure to do so could not reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect, comply, and take all reasonable actions to cause all lessees and other Persons operating or occupying its properties to comply comply, in all material respects, with all applicable Environmental Laws and Environmental Permits; obtain and renew all applicable Environmental Permits necessary for its operations and properties; and, in each case to the extent required by applicable Environmental Laws, conduct any investigation, study, sampling and testing, and undertake any cleanup, removal, remedial or other action necessary to remove and clean up all Hazardous Materials from any of its properties, in accordance with the requirements of all applicable Environmental Laws.
