Compliance with Dispute Resolution Process. 13.8.1 The Parties agree that any actions and/or claims seeking to compel compliance with the Dispute Resolution process should be brought before the Commission in the state where the services in dispute are provided. However, each Party reserves any rights it may have to seek review of any ruling made by the Commission concerning this Agreement by a court of competent jurisdiction.
