Compliance with Constitution; Discrimination Law; Applicable Law Generally. The Organizer shall comply with the United States Constitution; the Indiana Constitution; all federal and state law provisions that prohibit discrimination on the basis of age, disability, race, color, gender, national origin, religion or ancestry; the Indiana statutes specified in IC § 20-5.5-8-5; and any other applicable law.
