Common use of Compliance with Consents and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Consents and Licenses. Every consent required by Lessee or any Significant Subsidiary (including those required under or pursuant to any Environmental Law) in connection with the conduct of its business and the ownership, use, exploitation or occupation of its property and assets has been obtained and is in full force and effect and there has not been any default in the observance of the conditions and restrictions (if any) imposed in, or in connection with, any of the same, except where the failure to obtain any of the foregoing would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
