Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. SCORE agrees to manage the Contract Agency Inmates and the SCORE Facility in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations and to maintain staffing levels at the SCORE Facility in sufficient numbers and rank to maintain the safety of the public, staff, Inmates, and to reasonably carry out the provisions of this Agreement.
