Access to Farm Sample Clauses

Access to Farm. Supplier must ensure that ACM and its representatives has safe and unrestricted access to the Farm as reasonably required to collect the Milk at any time on each collection day. Supplier must immediately notify ACM of any circumstances that may affect ACM's ability to collect Milk in accordance with this Agreement.
