Common use of Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance with Applicable Laws and Standards. Contractor shall comply with all federal, State and local laws, regulations, executive orders and ordinances applicable to this Contract or to Contractor’s obligations under this Contract, as they may be adopted or amended from time to time. All rights and remedies available to ODOT under applicable federal, State and local laws are also incorporated by reference herein and are cumulative with all rights and remedies under the Contract. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ODOT’s performance is conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the following laws, regulations and executive orders to the extent they are applicable to the Contract:
