Common use of Compliance Standards Clause in Contracts

Compliance Standards. Equateq is solely responsible for the safety and health of its employees, consultants and visitors and compliance with all Legal Requirements related to health, safety and the environment, including, without limitation, providing its employees, consultants and visitors with all required information and training concerning any potential hazards involved in the manufacture, packaging, storage and supply of the API and taking any precautionary measures to protect its employees from any such hazards. Equateq shall ensure that all health, safety and environmental issues are handled by qualified professionals. In addition, Equateq shall comply with all applicable environmental rules, regulations, and statutes in connection with the disposal of waste generated by Equateq in connection with the manufacture of the API.
