Compliance Regarding Hazardous Substances. Indemnitor has complied, and shall comply and cause all tenants and any other persons who may come upon the Property to comply, with all laws, regulations and ordinances governing or applicable to Hazardous Substances, including those requiring disclosures to prospective and actual buyers of all or any portion of the Property. Indemnitor also has complied and shall comply with the recommendations of any qualified environmental engineer or other expert which apply or pertain to the Property.
