COMPLIANCE AND DOCUMENTATION. Licensee agrees, and shall cause its agents, employees and contractor(s), to (a) understand and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, (b) carry a copy of this Agreement at all times while on the Property, and (c) promptly present the copy of this Agreement to any employee of Railroad upon request.
