Completion of Utilisation Requests. A Utilisation Request for an Interim Loan will not be regarded as having been duly completed unless: (a) [Reserved] (b) the proposed Utilisation Date is a Business Day falling within the relevant Availability Period; (c) the Base Currency Amount of the Interim Term Loan requested, when aggregated with the Base Currency Amount of each other Interim Term Loan made or due to be made on or before the proposed Utilisation Date, does not exceed the Total Interim Term Commitments; and (d) the currency of the Interim Term Loan requested is in Sterling.
