Common use of Completion of Proceedings Clause in Contracts

Completion of Proceedings. All partnership, corporate and other proceedings taken or to be taken in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby and all documents incidental thereto shall be satisfactory in form and substance to each Class A Managing Agent and counsel to Administrative Agent, and each Class A Managing Agent and counsel to Administrative Agent shall have received all such counterpart originals or certified copies of such documents as they may reasonably request. Each Agent and Lender, by delivering its signature page to this Agreement, shall be deemed to have acknowledged receipt of, and consented to and approved, each Credit Document and each other document required to be approved by any Agent, Requisite Lenders or Lenders, as applicable on the Closing Date.
