COMPLETION OF HARVESTING OPERATIONS. All harvesting operations in Areas 3, 4, 5, and 6 described in Sections titled, “Felling,” Cable Yarding Specifications,” “Ground-Based Operations,” and Progressive Operations,” must be completed by October 31, 2006. PARTIAL-CUTS (Areas 1 and 2):
