Common use of Completion of Delivery Clause in Contracts

Completion of Delivery. Delivery of the Long-Term Storage Credits to be transferred pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed complete when ADWR notifies AWBA in writing that it has received and accepted the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form and intends to transfer Long-Term Storage Credits from Ak-Chin’s Long-Term Storage Account to AWBA's Account (“ADWR Acceptance”). AWBA and Ak-Chin shall cooperate with ADWR to facilitate completion of such transfer by ADWR. AWBA will forward to Ak-Chin copies of any notifications it receives from ADWR.

Completion of Delivery. Delivery of the Long-Term Storage Credits to be transferred pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed complete when ADWR notifies AWBA in writing that it has received and accepted the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form and intends to transfer Long-Term Storage Credits from Ak-ChinPeoria’s Long-Term Storage Account to AWBA's Account (“ADWR Acceptance”). AWBA and Ak-Chin Peoria shall cooperate with ADWR to facilitate completion of such transfer by ADWR. AWBA will forward to Ak-Chin Peoria copies of any notifications it receives from ADWR.

Delivery of the Long-Term Storage Credits to be transferred pursuant pur- suant to this Agreement shall be deemed complete when ADWR notifies AWBA in writing that it has received and accepted the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form and intends to transfer Long-Term Storage Credits from Ak-Chinthe Nation’s Long-Term Storage Account to AWBA's Account (“ADWR Acceptance”). AWBA and Ak-Chin the Nation shall cooperate with ADWR to facilitate completion of such transfer by ADWR. AWBA will forward to Ak-Chin the Nation copies of any notifications it receives from ADWR.

AWBA and Ak-Chin Freeport shall cooperate with ADWR to facilitate completion of such transfer by ADWR. AWBA will forward to Ak-Chin Freeport copies of any notifications it receives from ADWR.

Completion of Delivery. Delivery of the Long-Term Storage Credits to be transferred pursuant to this Agreement shall be deemed complete when ADWR notifies AWBA in writing that it has received and accepted the Long-Term Storage Credit Transfer Form and intends to transfer Long-Term Storage Credits from Ak-ChinSurprise’s Long-Term Storage Account to AWBA's Account (“ADWR Acceptance”). AWBA and Ak-Chin Surprise shall cooperate with ADWR to facilitate completion of such transfer by ADWR. AWBA will forward to Ak-Chin copies of any notifications it receives from ADWR.
