Common use of Completion Notice Clause in Contracts

Completion Notice. ARTIST shall notify CITY when the ARTWORK is fully installed at the SITE (“Completion Notice”). Within 30 days of CITY’s receipt of the Completion Notice, CITY shall notify ARTIST in writing that the ARTWORK as completed and installed meets the Agreement’s requirements (“Acceptance Notice”) or if the ARTWORK does not meet this Agreement’s requirements, CITY shall notify ARTIST in writing (“Defects Notice”).

Completion Notice. ARTIST Artist shall notify CITY when City’s Program Officer that the ARTWORK is fully Artwork has been installed at the SITE Site (“Completion Notice”). Within 30 thirty (30) days of CITYCity’s receipt of the Completion Notice, CITY City shall notify ARTIST Artist in writing that the ARTWORK Artwork as completed and installed meets the Agreement’s requirements of this Agreement (“Acceptance Notice”) or if the ARTWORK Artwork does not meet this Agreement’s requirements, CITY City shall notify ARTIST in writing Artist of the defects (“Defects Notice”).
