Provisioning and Coordinated Cutovers. 2.1.10.1 Section 2.1.10 contains the initial coordination procedures that the Parties agree to follow when AT&T orders and BellSouth provisions the conversion of active BellSouth retail end users to a service configuration by which AT&T will serve such end users by unbundled Loops and number portability (hereinafter referred to as “Hot Cuts”). Both Parties agree that these procedures may need to be refined or augmented if necessary as experience in ordering and provisioning Hot Cuts is gained. Changes to the Hot Cut procedures should be implemented through the CLEC User Group and are subject to resolution through the dispute resolution process set forth in Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions.

Provisioning and Coordinated Cutovers. This Section 2.10 through Section 2.10.5.8 has been adopted from the AT&T Agreements for the States of Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee and is effective for provisioning and coordinated cutovers for those states. The following are the AT&T Agreements from which this Section has been adopted: AT&T-FL dated 10/26/2002 AT&T-GA dated 8/6/2002 AT&T-KY dated 7/20/2001 AT&T-MS dated 3/28/2001 AT&T-NC dated 7/18/2002 AT&T-SC dated 12/20/2002 AT&T-TN dated 5/22/2002 The term of this Section shall be from the Effective Date of this Agreement and shall expire on the date set forth in section 2.1 of the AT&T State Agreements.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • Scheduling Coordinator Buyer shall act as the Scheduling Coordinator for the Project. In that regard, Buyer and Seller shall agree to the following:

  • Project Coordinator 3. Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Choice Telephone Company to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Choice Telephone Company’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • Project Coordination The Engineer shall coordinate all subconsultant activity to include quality and consistency of deliverables and administration of the invoices and monthly progress reports. The Engineer shall coordinate with necessary local entities.

  • Training and Support Licensor shall offer installation support to the Licensee and each of the Members, including assisting with the implementation of any Licensor software. Licensor will provide appropriate training to Licensee and Member staff relating to the use of the Licensed Materials and any Licensor software. Licensor will offer reasonable levels of continuing support to assist Licensee and Members in use of the Licensed Materials, including providing help files and other appropriate user documentation in connection with the use of and access to Licensed Materials. Licensor will, at a minimum, make its personnel available by email, telephone or via the Web, or in person during Licensor’s regular business hours, Monday through Friday, for training and user access support.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.
