Completion Notice. Upon completion of the [***] with respect to the Product (the date of such completion, the “Completion Date”), Licensee shall promptly notify Lilly in writing of such completion, which notice shall include all information from [***] that is reasonably necessary to evaluate the results of such [***] and the likelihood of successfully further Developing and Commercializing such Product (the “Completion Notice”).
