Common use of Completion Drawings Clause in Contracts

Completion Drawings. a) On completions of work the Concessionaire shall submit one complete sets of original tracings and two prints of “as built” drawings to the employer. These drawings shall have the following information: I. Run of all piping and diameters on all floors and vertical stacks. II. Ground and invert levels of all drainage pipes together with location of all manholes and connections upto outfall III. Run of all water supply lines with diameters, locations, of control valves, access panels IV. Locations of all mechanical equipment with layout and piping connections. b) The Concessionaire shall provide four sets of catalogues performances data and list of spare parts together with the name and address of the manufacturer for all electrical and mechanical equipment provided by him.
