Common use of Completeness and Accuracy Clause in Contracts

Completeness and Accuracy. The documents delivered by Seller to Purchaser pursuant to Section 3.6 above and the other provisions of this Agreement are the material documents in the possession of Seller or its representative and agents relating to the Property and used by Seller in its operation of the Property. The representations and warranties contained in this Agreement do not contain any material untrue statement of fact and do not omit any statement of fact necessary to make the information herein or therein not materially misleading.
