No Finder. Neither Buyer nor any Person acting on its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
No Finder. No broker, finder or other person is entitled to a commission, brokerage fee or other similar payment in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby as a result of any agreement or action of Seller or any party acting on Seller's behalf.
No Finder. Purchaser has not taken any action which would give to any Person a right to a finder's fee or any type of brokerage commission in relation to, or in connection with, the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.

Neither Buyers nor any Person acting on their behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement except as has been or may hereafter be disclosed in writing to Sellers (it being understood, however, that the fees and expenses attributable to any such engagement are the sole responsibility of Buyers).

Neither Purchaser nor any Person acting on behalf of Purchaser has agreed to pay to any broker, finder, investment banker or any other Person, a brokerage, finder’s or other fee or commission in connection with this Agreement or any matter related hereto, nor has any broker, finder, investment banker or any other Person taken any action on which a Claim for any such payment could be based.
No Finder. Except as set forth in the Seller Parties Disclosure Schedule, neither such Seller nor any party acting on such Seller’s behalf has paid or become obligated to pay any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated hereby, and the Company will not be liable or obligated in any way whatsoever with respect to any such fee or commission.
No Finder. Except as set forth on Schedule 7.15, neither Seller, nor any Person acting on its behalf has paid or become obligated to pay, any fee or commission to any broker, finder or intermediary for or on account of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
