To the Seller’s knowledge, the documents delivered by the Seller to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.1 are (i) the material documents in the possession of the Seller or their respective representatives and agents relating to the Property and used by the Seller in its operation of the Property and (ii) are true, accurate and complete.
