Common use of Complete Understanding; Modification Clause in Contracts

Complete Understanding; Modification. This Agreement, together with Exhibits A and B which are attached hereto and incorporated herein, constitutes the final, exclusive and complete understanding and agreement of the parties hereto and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements. This Agreement is entered into without reliance upon any representation, whether oral or written, not stated herein. Any waiver, modification or amendment of any provision of this Agreement will be effective only if in writing and signed by Advisor and a Company officer.
