Accurate Reports No Information Package or Interim Information Package (if prepared by such Seller Party, or to the extent information therein was supplied by such Seller Party) or other information, exhibit, financial statement, document, book, record or report furnished or to be furnished by or on behalf of such Seller Party to any Agent or any Investor pursuant to this Agreement was or will be inaccurate in any material respect as of the date it was or will be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed to such Agent or Purchaser at such time) as of the date so furnished, or contained or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will contain any material misstatement of fact or omitted or (in the case of information or other materials to be furnished in the future) will omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not materially misleading in light of the circumstances made or presented.
Progress Reports and Invoices The goals of this subtask are to: (1) periodically verify that satisfactory and continued progress is made towards achieving the project objectives of this Agreement; and (2) ensure that invoices contain all required information and are submitted in the appropriate format. The Recipient shall: • Submit a monthly Progress Report to the CAM. Each progress report must: o Summarize progress made on all Agreement activities as specified in the scope of work for the preceding month, including accomplishments, problems, milestones, products, schedule, fiscal status, and an assessment of the ability to complete the Agreement within the current budget and any anticipated cost overruns. See the Progress Report Format Attachment for the recommended specifications. • Submit a monthly or quarterly Invoice that follows the instructions in the “Payment of Funds” section of the terms and conditions, including a financial report on Match Fund and in-state expenditures. Progress Reports The Recipient shall submit to the OPWC, at the OPWC's request, summary reports detailing the progress of the Project pursuant to this Agreement and any additional reports containing such information as the OPWC may reasonably require.
Records Reports To maintain records and to prepare and file reports required by law to be filed by the Trustee or required by agreement with the Company;
Reports and Statements The Lending Agent shall furnish the Client with the reports and statements set forth in the Securities Lending Guidelines or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
Environmental Reports and Audits As soon as practicable following receipt thereof, copies of all environmental audits and reports with respect to environmental matters at any Facility or which relate to any environmental liabilities of Holdings or its Subsidiaries which, in any such case, individually or in the aggregate, could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect;
Financial Statements; Reports Provide Bank with the following by submitting to the Financial Statement Repository or otherwise submitting to Bank:
ERISA Reports Upon request by Lender, copies of any annual report to be filed pursuant to the requirements of ERISA in connection with each plan subject thereto; and
