Complete Books. At all times during the continuance of the Partnership, the Partnership shall keep or cause to be kept full and complete books of account in which shall be entered fully and accurately each transaction of the Partnership, including the Capital Accounts of the Partners.

The costs of such inspection and copying shall be borne by the requesting Member.

The Owner shall maintain or cause to be maintained in the City of San Diego complete and accurate books, reports, files, and records necessary to carry out its monitoring and reporting obligations under this Agreement, the DDA and the AARP.
