Common use of Complete Books Clause in Contracts

Complete Books. Administrator shall maintain or cause to be maintained complete and accurate books, reports, files, and records necessary to carry out its monitoring and reporting obligations under this Agreement, the OPA and the AARP. Participant shall maintain or cause to be maintained complete and accurate books, reports, files, and records necessary to carry out its monitoring and reporting obligations under this Agreement, the OPA and the AARP.
