COMPLETE AGREEMENT; MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION. This agreement, along with the Stock Option Plan, and the Confidentiality Agreement, contains a complete statement of all the arrangements between the parties with respect to Employee's employment by Company, supersedes all existing agreements, whether written or oral, between them concerning Employee's employment, and may be changed only in a writing executed by all parties hereto.
