Complementary support. The amount allocated for complementary support is EUR 1.50 million. One service contract shall be implemented under direct management by the EU Delegation after PRAG-based procurement procedure.
Complementary support. The accompanying technical assistance will strengthen the capacities of the Ministry of Education and Science and the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy to effectively develop, budget and implement sector policies, monitor the implementation and report on results of sector reforms. Since numerous players are active in the sector (incl national bodies, local government units, social and economic partners, businesses, international agencies/organisations and civil society organisations), there is a general need to improve the quality of coordination. Against this background, the complementary support will cover the following needs: - Development of the institutional capacities and human resources within both ministries and delegated agencies and services for evidence-based policy making, monitoring and reporting. This activity will need to support the implementation of the sector Performance assessment framework (to be operational in 2019), and also focus on possible upgrade in the indicators, statistical and administrative sets of data. It will also support the regular reporting exercise on sector reforms by improving the skills for collection, processing, structuring and visualisation of data. - Develop the capacities of the national institutions for financial planning and procurement in order to support the implementation of the sector reform contract and make sure that all needed procurement procedures are implemented in time and the needed works and supplies are completed to allow the enable effective interaction with the young women and men included in the project activities; - Support for effective communication approach promoting the opportunities for young women and men and creating interest for joining the services. The communication should have a strong outreach and be integrate in social and conventional media, print materials, public campaigns on VET and Youth Guarantee, job fairs at national, regional and local levels. - Support for systematic application of tracer system methodologies for all VET providers and YG and employment generation programmes. - Support for reinforcement of the participation of municipalities, business and social partners and civil society organisations at local level in in improving the quality of the services for young people through transfer of EU experience. Complementary support. No complementary support is financed under this programme. Complementary technical assistance (e.g. external review missions, technical support, evaluation and audit, communication and visibility etc.) will be provided through AAP 2012 ("Strengthening the governance of the Vocational Education Training sector" programme - ▇▇▇▇ ENPI/2012/023-419).
Complementary support. In terms of complementary support, activities under results 1, 2 and 3 related to institutional capacity support will benefit the MoA, other ministries with competences in rural development, as well as strengthened coordination with other relevant stakeholders. Main activity: - Technical assistance for improvement of the capacity within the public sector and other stakeholders for effective adoption of the rural development strategy and implementation of related action plans and programmes. Also under complementary support, activities related to rural development service delivery will benefit poor and vulnerable rural people in the municipalities targeted by the programme, with special emphasis on rural women, the youth and other marginalised groups. Main activities: - Under result 1 (economic diversification): support to initiatives for diversification of rural income and employment; provision of improved access to finance by small non-agriculture rural entrepreneurs; social and vocational education development; promotion of sustainable and responsible tourism; protection and enhancement of natural and cultural heritage. - Under result 2 (agricultural competitiveness): provision of agricultural extension and sectorial cooperative services; expansion of food quality and certification schemes for selected commodities; provision of improved access to finance by small farmers and agricultural cooperatives; improvement of value chains for selected commodities. - Under result 3 (environment, natural resources and climate action): support to the implementation of climate-smart agricultural practices; protection, climate resilience and environmental value of forest ecosystems; support to the sustainable management of natural resources, including forests and protected areas.

  • Support During the term of this Addendum, State Street agrees to provide the support services set out in Attachment D to this Addendum.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency. The parties agree that such innovative schedules may be determined locally by the Home and the Union subject to the following principles: (a) Such schedules shall be established by mutual agreement of the Home and the Union; (b) These schedules may pertain to full-time and/or part-time employees; (c) The introduction of such schedules and trial periods, if any, shall be determined by the local parties. Such schedules may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined through local negotiations; (d) Upon written agreement of the Home and the Union, the parties may agree to amend collective agreement provisions to accommodate any innovative unit schedules; (e) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements are based on individual circumstances and each agreement is made on a without prejudice or precedent basis. (f) It is understood and agreed that these arrangements can be utilized for temporary job postings for seasonal coverage (e.g. weekend workers, etc.).

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Services and Support 1.1 In exchange for your continued compliance with this Agreement, and any modification to this Agreement made by Intuit in accordance with Sections A.1.1, you shall have access to the Software/Subscription in accordance with the following provisions: (a) If you purchased a Subscription based license for the Software, which generally means that you will be paying for your use of the Software and Services on a monthly or annual basis, you shall receive as part of your active Subscription, so long as Intuit is receiving the applicable payment from you: (i) access to the features of the Software subscribed to by you; (ii) Updates and Enhancements; (iii) Version Protection, each defined in Section B.1.2 below; and (iv) additional products, services and/or discounts when and if they should be made available to you. If you have purchased a subscription that includes Support you will also be entitled to receive Support Services as defined below. Software licenses obtained through a subscription are eligible for Enhancements during the active subscription period only. The Subscription is cancellable by you in accordance with this Agreement, but you will not be entitled to any refunds if you cancel after the 60-Day Money Back Guarantee period, as defined in Section B.6. If you cancel your Subscription or if we do not receive the payment for your Subscription, or if the Subscription is in any way terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, you will no longer have access to the Software and all related Services defined above upon the expiration of the current Subscription term, but you will retain access to your company data file stored on your device, which can be reinstated to a readable QuickBooks format upon reactivation of your Subscription or with the purchase of a license on the Software. (b) If you purchased your license to the Software under a one-time, upfront payment at retail or directly from Intuit and not under a Subscription, you shall receive: (i) a license to the specific version of the Software product you have selected that, subject to the license grant and restrictions in Section A.1.1, allows you access to the features of the Software; and (ii) Updates and Enhancements to the Software in accordance with the terms of the Termination provisions. Intuit's obligations under this Section B.1.1 are contingent upon you installing all updates and error corrections within thirty (30) days of being notified of their availability by Intuit (or its Representatives). QuickBooks 2015 Software purchased on a separate standalone basis are eligible for enhancements on a when-and-if available basis through May 31, 2018, which is the current support period for QuickBooks 2015.
