Common use of Complaints Clause in Contracts

Complaints. The Dealer-Manager and you agree as follows: (a) to notify the other if either receives an investor complaint in connection with the offer or sale of Units by you; (b) to cooperate with the other in resolving the complaint; and (c) to cooperate in any regulatory examination of the other to the extent it involves this Agreement or the offer or sale of Units by you.

Complaints. The Managing General Partner and you, as Dealer-Manager and you Manager, agree as follows: (a) to notify the other if either receives an investor complaint in connection with the offer or sale of Units by youyou or a Selling Agent; (b) to cooperate with the other in resolving the complaint; and (c) to cooperate in any regulatory examination of the other to the extent it involves this Agreement or the offer or sale of Units by youyou or a Selling Agent.

Complaints. The Dealer-Dealer Manager and you agree as follows: (a) to notify the other if either receives any written or otherwise documented complaint from an investor complaint in connection with the offer or sale of Units Shares by you; (b) to cooperate with the other in resolving the complaint; and (c) to cooperate in any regulatory examination of the other to the extent it involves this Agreement or the offer or sale of Units Shares by you.

The Dealer-Manager Company and you you, as Dealer Manager, agree as follows: (a) to notify the other if either receives any written or otherwise documented complaint from an investor complaint in connection with the offer or sale of Units Shares by youyou or a Dealer; (b) to cooperate with the other in resolving the complaint; and (c) to cooperate in any regulatory examination of the other to the extent it involves this Agreement or the offer or sale of Units Shares by youyou or a Dealer.
