Common use of Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Clause in Contracts

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s franchised area, to provide local exchange service within Frontier's franchised area, and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the Commission.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s franchised area, to provide local exchange service within Frontier's franchised area, and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff CarrierTariff approved by the Commission.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s franchised area, Commission to provide local exchange service within Frontier's AT&T’s franchised area, and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the Commission.

(CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the CommissionA “Local Exchange Carrier,” as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153(26), for Frontier’s franchised area, authorized to provide local exchange service within Frontier's franchised area, and which has a Local Telephone Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the CommissionServices or Exchange Access services in competition with an ILEC.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s Frontier‟s franchised area, to provide local exchange service within Frontier's franchised area, and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the Commission.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s Commission of Citizens' franchised area, area to provide local exchange service within Frontier's Citizens' franchised area, and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the Commissionapplicable Commission if required.

(“CLEC”) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for Frontier’s franchised area, carrier authorized to provide local local, exchange service within Frontier's franchised area, access and which has a Local Exchange Carrier Tariff approved by the CommissionintraLATA toll services.

Competitive Local Exchange Carrier. (CLEC) means a telephone company certified by the Commission, for FrontierClear Creek’s franchised area, to provide local exchange service within Frontier's Clear Creek’s franchised area, and which has a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier Tariff Certificate approved by the Commission.
