COMPETITION WITH THE PARTNERSHIP. 20.1. Each Partner agrees that he shall not divulge to any person any secrets, confidential knowledge, or information concerning the business, finance or affairs of the Partnership or of any other Partner and shall not solicit, interfere with or endeavour to entice away any employee or consultant of the Partnership or of the other Partners.
