Common use of Competent Authorities Clause in Contracts

Competent Authorities. 1. The Parties agree, upon the provisional application of this Agreement, to designate Competent Authorities for the implementation of the measures referred to in this Chapter. The Parties shall inform each other in a timely manner of any significant changes in the structure, nature and organisation and division of competency of their Competent Authorities.
