Competency Retest Sample Clauses

Competency Retest. In the event an employee fails a Competency Test to advance to a given Level, (s) he will be given the opportunity to retake the Competency Test after an appropriate training period. During this training period, the employee will continue to perform at their present Level. If (s) he fails the Competency Test a second time, they will be g ranted another training period. A third failure of the Competency will result in cessation of training for the purpose of advancement to the higher Level for a period of six (6) months, after which time the employee may again begin training for advancement to the higher Level.
