Compensation to Distributor. BAI shall compensate Distributor in accordance with Appendix B hereto. No compensation will be due to the Distributor if for technical reasons BAI is unable to provide the Services to the Member. Further, there shall be no compensation to Distributor where a service is purchased by a Member other than through BAI or Distributor.
